How to Use Whitening Gel

  1. Brush and Dry:
    Brush your teeth. Make sure your trays and teeth are clean and dry before using the gel.
  2. Apply the Gel:
    Put a small drop of gel in each tooth area of your tray (just a little—about 0.3 to 0.5cc per tray). Don’t spread it around.
  3. Wear the Trays:
    Place the trays on your teeth. Wipe away any extra gel that comes out.
    Wear for 15–30 minutes. Do this twice a day for a few days for best results.
  4. After Whitening:
    Take out the trays. Rinse your mouth and trays with warm water.
  5. Optional:
    Use the Remin Gel after whitening to help protect your teeth.
