Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 16, 2025

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases of teeth whitening kits, pens, and related cosmetic oral care products (“Products”) sold by PeBo Brands LLC d/b/a Dr. Bonifatto Whitening (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy.


1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Website Purchases Only)

  • You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • How to request: Complete our Refund Request Form or email smile@pebo.co with your order number.
  • No return of the Product is required for standard refund requests under $100.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report Window: Damaged or defective Products must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof Required: Please provide clear photos showing (a) the outer shipping package and (b) the damaged or defective Product.
  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no cost.
  • High-Value Orders: For refunds over $100 or for accounts with repeated refund requests, we may require the Product to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection.

3. Purchases Through Third-Party Platforms

If you purchased through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta Shops, or another marketplace, their platform’s return policy governs your order. Please initiate your return directly through that platform.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if confirmed before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or rerouted.


5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
  • Once the carrier confirms delivery, risk of loss transfers to the customer. For disputed deliveries, we will cooperate with carrier investigations.

6. Promotional Items

Free gifts or promotional items have no cash value and are not eligible for refund, exchange, or replacement.


7. Fraud Prevention

We monitor orders for suspicious activity (e.g., multiple refunds, mismatched billing and shipping, chargeback history). We may require additional verification or deny/limit future purchases where fraud is reasonably suspected.


8. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

  • Our Products are cosmetic only. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Purchasing or using our Products does not create a dentist–patient relationship.
  • Mild, temporary tooth or gum sensitivity is a normal side effect and not considered a defect.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • No express or implied warranties are made except as stated in this Policy. Results vary from person to person.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.
  • Customers may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of purchase by emailing smile@pebo.co with their order number and request.
