3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses, and Restricted Addresses

  1. P.O. Boxes
    Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If we cannot ship to a P.O. Box, we will contact you for an alternative address.

  2. APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
    We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses whenever possible; however, shipping times can be significantly longer, and certain product restrictions may apply.

  3. Restricted Addresses
    If we cannot deliver to your address due to carrier or regulatory restrictions, we will notify you. You may need to provide an alternate address or we may cancel your order.


4. Address Accuracy and Changes

    You are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. Dr. Bonifatto Whitening is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.

All products purchased from DrBonifatto.com are shipped under a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for these items transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided. Any issues regarding damage, loss, or theft must be resolved with the carrier.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

    • We will work with the carrier on your behalf, but resolution times vary according to carrier policies.
